What Can You Expect?
Before the Treatment
- Your board-certified practitioner and esthetician will discuss your fitness regimen, goals, health conditions, contraindications, and any questions or concerns you have. We’ll also explain the technology we use.
- Before your appointment, please drink plenty of fluids and eat a small to moderate-sized meal.

During the Treatment

- During your 15-minute treatment sessions, you'll feel a gentle contraction sensation intensifying gradually. Using truFlex’s Tone and Sculpt settings, we can treat multiple areas simultaneously and adjust them according to your current fitness level.
After the Treatment
- Though truFlex doesn't require downtime, you may experience tingling or numbness for a few hours after treatment or soreness and fatigue for up to two to three days later.
